Thankfully 2010 is not 2009. Things are moving ahead again. …And Shiva Came For Charlie is now sold out. The last few copies were sold in small quantities to a few mail order outlets. Next on the horizon is the abAna release. There was a year long delay when I was waiting for the audio master and visuals, but they are in hand and being worked on. In addition to the 1973 session (which was only 25 minutes), the release will now include additional unreleased material from a reunion of the group in October 2000. The eagerly awaited release by The No-Neck Blues Band entitled Gitanjali and the Nascent Stigma was edited and sequenced years ago, but I still don't have artwork from Keith. Three years and waiting at this point. Bixobal has had a number of set backs in terms content which people never completed, leading to trying to find replacements which is some cases also never turned up. Things are slowly coming together but this is taking way more effort than the first 5 issues. Frustrating to say the least. I have some confidence that these things will all come together this year. You need that kind of knuckle-headed optimism to make things happen.
