This LP compiles the 12 tracks previously released on this site as free mp3 tracks, along with a previously unavailable archival recording by Charles Gocher. Charles Gocher, philosopher, drummer without peer and damn unique human being, died on Monday night, February 19th, 2007. Without him Sun City Girls no longer exists and the music world is much poorer, not to mention those who knew him as a friend. This LP collects the music of friends and contemporaries here in Seattle and is dedicated to his memory. It is limited to only 320 copies, of which a good number already been sold and given to the artists on the record. Because of this, And Shiva Came For Charlie will only be available from this site and will not be available from other distributors.
